This project management job started with engineering. Once the engineer plans were signed and sealed installation of the 70' x 700' x 24' high performance fabric shelter took place. This 56,000 square foot Balloon Assembly Facility was installed on a concrete foundation. Each of the end panels contains a 14' x 14' fabric door. There are 12 personnel doors throughout. The walls contain insulation and liner packages. Our subcontractor installed 70 duplex receptacles, a 100 amp panel box that supplies 35 LED lights, and a 480 amp panel box that supplies 12 HVAC units. We hired another subcontractor to install a base fire alarm system throughout. Our fencing subcontractor installed a total of 220' of 8' tall commercial grade galvanized chain link fence. With customer satisfaction in mind, our job is to make sure each piece of the design plan fits together like a puzzle to complete the final vision of our clients project.
